Amazing services, huge rooms with views of the city. Amazing and great meals. The location MAGNIFICENT and stunning very close to the Metro station Taksim.

Our room had a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, and a cozy sitting area; the location was fantastic, near the metro station. Rewritten: the room we stayed in had a fridge with a mini bar, coffee/tea amenities, and a comfortable seating area, and the location was perfect, being close to the metro.

The breakfast was satisfactory with an amazing view, the best we had in Istanbul. This accommodation was in the central location very close to Taxim square. Again, Republic Monument was nearby. It was as expected, had a nice stay at night on our first day of our stay.

I had a great time staying at this secure place for four nights; the room was recently renovated with a spacious layout, a mini-fridge, amenities for making coffee and tea, and a comfortable sitting area.

The place is very fancy, we didn't want to leave!

It offers very good services. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed with a TV, an electric kettle and a balcony...

This place is conveniently located just a few minutes from a metro station, offering amazing views of the sea in a safe area.

Good location in the centre of Istanbul not far from Istiklal Caddesi. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and cafe around hotel. The swimming pool is not big but quite comfortable. Free Wi-Fi.

Only staff at the reception speak English.

It was not worth the Money. They claim to be 4 Star, but they charge extra to use Sauna. Very difficult to connect to web in room. They do not lend an Iron. I paid for a family room, thinking as shwon by thier phtos to have 2 twin beds + 1 single. When chicked in they cahrges me extra. Pictures on web site are misleading. NOt a 4 Star at all.

Convenient location, easy to reach and in the city center. Recently renovated, comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Great value for the price!

Had a good stay on my first day, glad I've chosen it. the hotel was in an excellent position near the Taxim center and a taxi. - Fast food restaurant Taksim Barisim Bufe was located 5 minutes walk away. I had a great first night at the hotel and was happy with my choice. the location was fantastic, very close to Taxim center and easy to find a taxi. I loved that there was a fast food restaurant, Taksim Barisim Bufe, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

We were delighted with the helpful and professional service we received at Grand Star Hotel Bosphorus. The staff, particularly Kübra at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She listened attentively to our needs and always found the best solutions for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

Rooms are well designed and equipped. Some have sea- view (Golden horn).

Breakfast - very very basic food and quality. But they serve rose jam :) Continuous troubles with WiFi - almost no coverage in rooms, low speed, often Apple gadgets couldn't login the network... Music from surrounding night clubs could annoy a weak sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed its very good and polite staff.

The room was huge with twin beds and with smoke detectors for safety measures. The hotel had a magnificent location right by Republic Monument.
